Porsche 993 low idle software correction.

The Porsche 993 with a VarioRam intake system can exhibit symptoms of low idle speed. The recommended idle speed should be around 870 RPM. Suppose the engine does not have mechanical problems such as air leaks or defective electronic components (idle control valve, defective ignition components, or fuel injection components). In that case, a software correction is needed to increase the idle speed to a comfortable and healthy level.

**Please Note:** We need your complete ECU set to perform the performance software upgrade. We test every ECU set we program in a tester bench setup and running vehicle to guarantee a plug-and-play operation. Refer to the picture below for the components that must be sent to our office.
